Дорога и готическая образность в архитектуре и изобразительном искусстве европейского и русского романтизма

Статья посвящена выявлению взаимосвязи мотивов дороги и образов готики в изобразительном искусстве немецкого романтизма (картины Каспара Давида Фридриха и Карла Фридриха Шинкеля) и в архитектуре неоготики 19 века (павильоны Царского Села, вокзал Бенуа в Петергофе и др.), а также трансформации этих мотивов при переходе из живописной формы в архитектурную.

Sarkisyan D.A. The Road and the Gothic Figurativeness in Architecture and Fine Arts of the European and Russian Romanticism

We investigated the relatioship of motives of a road and gothic in the fine art of German romanticism (Caspar David Friedrich and Karl Friedrich Schinkel paintings) and Gothic Revival architecture (pavillions of Tsarskoye Selo, Railway station of Benua etc.) and transformation of this motives in the transition from the painting form to the architectural form.
We also show that in the culture of the 19th century the path among the different places and the path through the different times are very much related, and in architecture the path around the world is usually going on inside the ' antiquity' (Gothic building), and the past that expressed by the Gothic building, as though contains whole world within itself/.In this case, the architectural image of this Gothic building is similar to the image of the road to it, and guides us or to the past or to the future: the ruins are usually escorted us to the past, which for us is not easily available or, way or another hidden or separated from us.
In comparison with the Middle Ages during the 19th century image of the world that was assembled in Gothic building, is transformed from an assembly of representatives of all social classes of all time into assembly of representatives and artifacts of all nations.
